- We work with you to understand your “wants,” “needs,” and “wishes” and start with a 1/8 scale sketch, completed with our own in-house draftsman.
- We handle Soil Survey, Structural Engineering of Plans, and provide Working Blueprints.
- We handle the Site Survey and show you how your home will be oriented on your homesite.
- We provide detailed specifications with fully transparent costs. All “Budget Items” are established prior to signing any agreement and passed on at our builders discounts from suppliers.
- Woody & Carol schedule many walk-thrus and send photos each week of the progress of your home for those out of town customers.
- All of our homes are ENERGY-STAR Certified and feature:
- 2 x 6 exterior wall construction
- airtight insulation
- high-performance appliances
- tankless hot-water heater
- green label carpeting
- specially filtered high-performance heating and air conditioning systems

Home (Aesthetic / Creative)
- With extensive experience and awards in Interior Design, Carol is there from the very beginning of the home design process.
- Woody and Carol often will visit you in your current home prior to design to insure that your lifestyle needs are met, including making sure important furniture pieces can be correctly incorporated into your new floor plan.
- Carol personally goes on every appointment with all suppliers to help you in your selection process, including design of Kitchen Cabinetry. All of your selections are made prior to final pricing to insure there are no surprises when it comes to budgets.
- She is available to help coordinate paint colors, furniture placements, window blind selection and also instrumental in initial landscape designs.
- We will help to turn a finely crafted house into a comfortable and beautiful HOME.
